I have two working System/23 with large printers, Docs and service disks and some applications. One system needs new belts for the floppy drives -when I remember correctly- else it seems to be ok too.
The system was the main warehouse management and invoice computer of a electronics company here in Germany.
I got it approx 15 years ago on the way back from a vacation in Switzerland, where I saw the offer in a -for sale portal-. Luckily I had „some“ space in the car and was able to pick it up 700 km away from home.
One printer has not fit in the car without letting my wife there, so we organized the parcel some weeks later. Since than I used the system to format unformatted 8″ disks with an IBM compatible format to use them in my DEC RX drives.
As I need space and resources for a new project I’m open for offers.
